Same here, I don't even have an invitation for the vaccinations yet but
that might happen in about a month, and perhaps I will still need a PCR
test, see rant.

So with the Dutch ministry of health not recognizing the yellow vaccination
booklet for COVID shots, but instead relying on the Digital Green Card app
to magically fall out of the air in time I might be up for an overpriced
commercial PCR test (because the Dutch government also blocked the free
public tests at airports, those are not good enough for the economy)
